Quality Use of Pathology (QUP) Project Stream – Final report for the development of a mass spectrometry technical quality assurance program

This QUPP-funded project tested the technical ability of laboratories to accurately detect disease-associated protein targets (biomarkers) using the high-throughput sensitive techniques of mass spectrometry. This is a new field of technology for pathology testing and in clinically diagnosing disease tissue.
