In 2018, Health engaged KPMG to merge the recommendations from a number of data collection projects.
The final 36 recommendations formed the nKPI and OSR Implementation Roadmap. The roadmap includes time frames for improvements in the following key areas:

policy
-
technical
-
administrative.
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service Data Advisory Group (HS DAG) endorsed the roadmap in December 2019.
