NDIS Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Act 2026 Overview
This Integrity and Safeguarding Act will make changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). It will support the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
