This chart can be used to keep track of the temperature of your Purpose-Built Vaccine Refrigerator/s (PBVR):

• Record the temperature of the PBVR twice daily, i.e. in the morning and afternoon for each day of the month.
• Use ʌ and v symbols to denote each minimum and maximum reading and a dot to represent the current temperature.
• Connect the dots horizontally to form a trend line for current temperatures.
• Record the time of each reading within the AM or PM section corresponding to when the measurement was taken.
