People aged 73 to 74 can take part in the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program. They receive a home test kit in the mail every 2 years, along with this letter. The letter explains:
- what the home test kit is
- what you need to do
- what happens after you do the test
- how to find more information
When a person turns 74, the letter explains that they will not receive any more bowel screening kits in the future.
