Life Saving Drugs Program – Pompe disease – Patient test results spreadsheets

Treating physicians must use the relevant spreadsheet to summarise their patient's test results when reapplying for subsidised medication under the Life Saving Drugs Program.

Each spreadsheet has fields for results from the patient’s:

• initial application
• reapplication.
