In 2020, an inquiry into approval processes for new drugs and novel medical technologies in Australia was referred to the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Health, Aged Care and Sport. The inquiry report was tabled in 2021 and provided 31 recommendations. This publication provides the Australian Government’s response to those recommendations.
