Companies are to record the serving sizes of their products in the Reporting and Monitoring Template, including:
- products that are already under the maximum serving size recommendation
- products which are larger than the maximum serving size recommendation
- any changes to products between reporting periods
- barcode or stock keeping unit (SKU) for each reported product
- whether products are new to market or delisted since baseline
