The Department of Social Services (DSS) and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) commissioned the NDIS Thin Markets Project to develop a structured approach for responding to the thin market challenges in the NDIS. This Report provides details of the outputs of the consultation phase of the project, which consisted of multiple consultations with NDIS providers and participants across Australia in 2018-19. The views described in this Report are the views of consultation participants. The report has been redacted to maintain the confidentiality of consultation participants, and to remove commercially sensitive information.
