Average daily subsidy rates assume that the days are paid at the ACFI rating.
The report does not take into account actual subsidies paid to providers. Some examples of variances include the very small proportion of days still paid to providers under their saved RCS rates, late fees and default rate payments.
These reports are completed for each financial year starting 2011–12.
