Description:

These spreadsheets provide quarterly 2021 data on childhood immunisation coverage by Primary Health Network (PHN) for:

  • all children
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

Please note that as of September 2017, data is presented as an annualised (rolling four quarters) report. The December 2017 report shows the combined March 2017, June 2017, September 2017 and December 2017 quarters. Historical reports prior to September 2017 show only one quarter of coverage rates.

PHNs were set up to improve the coordination of health services in Australia. There are 31 PHNs in Australia.

The data shows the percentage of children:

  • immunised against hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, haemophilus influenzae type b, polio, measles, mumps and rubella, pneumococcal, varicella and meningococcal C
  • fully immunised at age 12 months, 24 months and 60 months according to the National Immunisation Program Schedule.
