COVID-19 vaccination boosters have now been approved for everyone 16 years and older.

A booster dose increases your protection against becoming very sick or dying from COVID-19.

Boosters are available through your local Aboriginal Health Service, GP, pharmacist or healthcare worker.

Help keep yourself, loved ones, and your community protected.

Please note, this radio advertisement was published on 24/05/22. Updated health advice was provided on 08 February 2023. A 2023 COVID-19 vaccine booster dose has been recommended for adults aged 65 years and over, and adults aged 18-64 years who have a higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19, if their last COVID-19 vaccine dose or confirmed infection (whichever is the most recent) was 6 months ago or longer. This is regardless of the number of prior doses received.
