Because of coronavirus, a lot of things have changed – how we live, how we work and how we stay close to family and friends.
For some of us, these different ways are hard. They make us feel no good in the head or spirit, like sad or worried all the time.
Some of us were stressed before this coronavirus– thinking about sickness or other problems, so it was hard to feel good about anything.
If you’re feeling like this, remember, it’s okay to ask for help. Have a yarn to someone you trust like your family, a friend or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker.
You can also call Beyond Blue, Lifeline or the Kids Helpline to talk to someone, or look at some helpful information at headtohealth.gov.au on the internet.
