How to tell us about a new phone number for a Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) approved pharmacy.

Change phone number

If you would like to update our records of your pharmacy’s phone number, please email us. 

You must be the owner or one of the owners of the pharmacy to request this change. 

Your email must include the: 

  • name, address and approval number of your pharmacy
  • your new phone number.
