About the joint government response

On behalf of the Australian Government and all state and territory governments, disability ministers are pleased to present the Joint Australian, State and Territory Response to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.

Minister for Social Services, the Hon Amanda Rishworth MP, provided a statement to the Australian Parliament on 12 August 2024, to acknowledge the release of the Australian Government’s response to the Final Report of the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation of People with Disability.
