16 March 2026 - The higher everyday living fee (HELF) commenced on 1 November 2025 for permanent and respite residents. It replaces additional and extra service fees and is optional. Residents choose to pay it when they want services over and above the standard services aged care homes must provide.

2 February 2026 - Immunisation coverage is the percentage of children who have had all vaccines recommended for their age. The coverage rate for all children at five years is 93.17%. 91.54% of Australian one year olds and 89.57% of Australian two year olds are fully vaccinated.
