We are hosting a webinar to give older people, families and carers an update on the Support at Home program.
Date/Time: Thursday 3 April, 2:30pm to 3:30 pm AEDT.
We will discuss:
- what is changing under Support at Home
- what Home Care Package recipients need to do to transition to Support at Home on 1 July 2025
- a question and answer session.
You will have the opportunity to submit questions before and during the webinar.
