National Personal Care Worker Qualifications and Training Survey

We are conducting a short survey on personal care worker qualifications and training experiences to better support workers with the important role they perform, and enhance professional development opportunities and conditions.

Date published:

We are conducting a national survey to understand the qualification and training experiences of personal care workers in the aged care sector.

This information will support action to grow a strengthened aged care workforce, where personal care workers are better valued for the important role they perform, with greater professional development opportunities and improved conditions. It will also complement recent consultation activity and design considerations for a national registration scheme to support personal care workers employed in aged care.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will collect feedback on:

  • demographics and employment information
  • qualification levels and training experiences
  • career pathways
  • professional development and registration
  • training barriers and support needs.

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. This survey is facilitated by Quantium.
