Aged care providers and workers delivering services under Support at Home are encouraged to share feedback about their experiences.
We want to hear from:
- aged care providers of all types and sizes, including for-profit, not-for-profit, specialist and regional providers
- aged care workers, including personal care workers, support workers, nurses, allied health professionals and other professionals involved in delivering Support at Home services.
Aged care providers can:
- complete an online survey by Wednesday 14 October. It takes about 30 minutes to complete
Aged care workers can:
- complete a short online survey by Wednesday 14 October. It takes about 5 minutes to complete.
All responses are confidential. The workforce survey will not be shared with employers. Taking part will not affect your organisation’s compliance status, funding or contractual arrangements, or a worker’s employment, now or in the future.
Your input will help improve Support at Home and support quality in-home care for older people.
