The surveys now close on Friday 30 October 2026 (previously Wednesday 14 October).
Aged care providers and workers delivering services under Support at Home are encouraged to share feedback about their experiences.
We want to hear from:
- aged care providers of all types and sizes, including for-profit, not-for-profit, specialist and regional providers
- aged care workers, including personal care workers, support workers, nurses, allied health professionals and other professionals involved in delivering Support at Home services.
Aged care providers can:
- complete an online survey by Friday 30 October. It takes about 30 minutes to complete
Aged care workers can:
- complete a short online survey by Friday 30 October. It takes about 5 minutes to complete.
All responses are confidential. The workforce survey will not be shared with employers. Taking part will not affect your organisation’s compliance status, funding or contractual arrangements, or a worker’s employment, now or in the future.
Your input will help improve Support at Home and support quality in-home care for older people.
