Electronic National Residential Medication Charts (eNRMC) and My Health Record (MHR) – Webinar on updates for Residential Aged Care Homes

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the Australian Digital Health Agency are working with eNRMC software vendors to ensure electronic prescribing enabled eNRMC systems are available by October 2025 .

We invite Residential Aged Care Homes to join our webinar to learn about the upcoming changes for electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) from 1 October 2025, timeframes for the cessation of the eNRMC Transitional Arrangement, as well as information on My Health Record (MHR) integration.

When: Tuesday 12 August, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm (AEST).

ENRMC systems in residential aged care homes must have completed their transition to approved eNRMC systems with full electronic prescribing capability by 1 March 2026.

This webinar will include:

  • the upcoming changes from 1 October 2025 including the requirement to use approved systems
  • the upcoming changes and where to find the list of approved eNRMC products
  • benefits of electronic prescribing capability within eNRMC
  • resources available for support
  • next required steps for residential aged care homes
