National Cancer Screening Register

Australians participating in NLCSP can manage their participation by using the Participant Portal or calling the Contact Centre on 1800 627 701.

Lung Cancer Screening Helpline

Funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Lung Foundation Australia offers a free lung cancer screening helpline, staffed by trained nurses. No appointment or referral is needed.

The helpline provides support to:

  • Answer questions about eligibility, the screening process and results  
  • Talk through any concerns about lung cancer screening
  • Connect with additional support services if needed.

The Lung Cancer Screening Helpline is available Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm AEST via phone, live chat or email. Free call 1800 654 301, select option 2 or visit the Lung Cancer Screening Helpline website. 

If you would like to speak to someone in a language other than English, you can still call the Lung Cancer Screening Helpline. Contact TIS National on 131 450 and ask to speak to the Lung Cancer Screening Helpline.
