This helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is staffed by trained volunteer counsellors who can provide reassurance, give you knowledge about how breastfeeding works and help you to overcome common hurdles.

LiveChat is a free breastfeeding information and support service staffed by qualified breastfeeding counsellors and educators. LiveChat helps you find evidence-based answers to your breastfeeding questions.
LiveChat is available on weeknights between 8:00pm and 10:00pm AEST/AEDT and from 12:00pm to 2:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
