I'm Charli Grant and I'm playing football overseas in the UK. I first moved overseas from Australia when I was 19 and it was definitely a challenge.
New environment, building a new routine, being so far away from family and friends.
For me, settling into a new environment was made so much easier because I wasn't doing it on my own.
I was very fortunate to have some Australians being based here supporting me through those challenges, like Katrina Gorry.
Mini is a huge part of my support system and she's really reinforced the idea that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
It's OK to ask for help and I think that applies beyond football as well, especially when it comes to protecting your health.
Vaping is something that many young people are exposed to today through friends, social media and everyday environments.
It may seem harmless, but it can have huge physical and mental health effects and can become really addictive and really hard to stop.
If you're faced with the challenge of struggling to quit vaping, struggling with the cravings or finding it hard to say no when people around you are vaping, it's important to have supportive people around you who care.
They can make a real difference, just like my challenge of when I moved overseas and having Mini there to support me.
