Request tobacco health warning images

Use this webform to request images for health warnings, health promotion inserts, on-product health messages and online point-of-sale advertising requirements. These are required under the Public Health (Tobacco and Other Products) Regulations.

Requesting images

You can request use of the images and copyright materials under the Public Health (Tobacco and Other Products) Regulations 2024.

You can request:

  • tobacco advertisement warning images – if you are involved in the retail sale of regulated tobacco items using the internet
  • health warning or health promotion insert images – if you are involved in the retail packaging of tobacco products
  • on-product health message images – if you are involved in the manufacturing of cigarettes.

We may also be able to provide images needed for other purposes, such as academic research. We will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.
