  • Targeted Regional Initiatives for Suicide Prevention

    The Targeted Regional Initiatives for Suicide Prevention program funds regional initiatives for suicide prevention in every Primary Health Network (PHN). This funding has provided PHNs with resources to address gaps in their local suicide prevention systems.
  • The Advance Project

    The Advance Project supports advance care planning and palliative care for people living with dementia, through free training and resources for the aged and primary care workforce.
  • The Multi-Purpose Service Program

    The Multi-Purpose Service Program (MPSP) delivers integrated health and aged care in rural and remote Australia, helping older people stay close to family and friends through flexible, community-based services tailored to local needs.
  • The National Sign Language Program (NSLP)

    The NSLP provides free sign language interpreting and captioning services for Deaf, Deafblind and hard of hearing older people. Find out what services are covered and who can access them.
  • The National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health

    The National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health, delivered by Emerging Minds, assists professionals and organisations who work with children and their parents or families to have the skills to identify, assess and support children at risk of mental health conditions.
  • Thriving Kids

    Thriving Kids will focus on identifying developmental concerns earlier and establishing a national system of supports for children aged 8 and under with developmental delay and disability and low to moderate support needs and their families.
  • Tick bite diseases and symptoms attributed to tick bites

    Some Australians suffer from the symptoms of a chronic debilitating illness, which many associate with a tick bite. We describe these people as having debilitating symptom complexes attributed to ticks (DSCATT). Find out how we support people with DSCATT.
