  • The National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health

    The National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health, delivered by Emerging Minds, assists professionals and organisations who work with children and their parents or families to have the skills to identify, assess and support children at risk of mental health conditions.
  • Tick bite diseases and symptoms attributed to tick bites

    Some Australians suffer from the symptoms of a chronic debilitating illness, which many associate with a tick bite. We describe these people as having debilitating symptom complexes attributed to ticks (DSCATT). Find out how we support people with DSCATT.
  • Tobaccofacts

    Smoking is harmful to your health and to the health of others. You may be surprised to learn just how many ways smoking affects you, your body and your wellbeing. Find out the facts on smoking and how being smoke-free will reduce your risks and improve your health and the health of those around you.
  • Transition Care Programme

    The Transition Care Programme helps older people recover after a hospital stay by providing short-term care for up to 12 weeks. Read about the program, care provided, and why it’s important.
  • Transition to Practice Program

    The Transition to Practice Program provides an evidence-based framework of support over 12 months to nurses who have transitioned to primary health care and feel they would benefit from additional support. We fund the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) to provide this program.
  • Traumatic Brain Injury Mission

    The Traumatic Brain Injury Mission is investing $50 million to improve patient recovery after brain injury. It will support projects that predict recovery outcomes, or identify the most effective care and treatments.
