The draft of the Prescribed List Guide will provide sponsors with assistance in preparing their applications for the July 2024 Prescribed List. Stakeholders should keep in mind that this is a draft only that will be further amended and edited.

MDHTAC provides recommendations and advice about the listing of products on the Prescribed List and benefits payable by private health insurers.

Expert Clinical Advisory Groups (ECAGs)

The Expert Clinical Advisory Groups (ECAGs) are subcommittees that assess and advise the MDHTAC and us on the suitability of products for listing, or listed on, the Prescribed List.
