Many people living with a stable, ongoing health condition can now get twice the medication on a single prescription.

From September 2024, this applies to almost 300 medicines on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, or PBS.

This is helping to make medicines more affordable and can mean fewer visits to the doctor and the pharmacy.
