About a week ago, I started breaking out in small welts around my ribs and back and front. 

Yeah, it wasn’t nice just waking up with these spots and dots over you. 

And when they welt up, it was a bit concerning. 

I wouldn’t hesitate to have the vaccine. 

So, have a yarn with your health professional and shield yourself from shingles today.
