COVID-19 vaccination – When you will get your COVID-19 vaccine and how to book an appointment – Auslan

Information in Auslan for people with disability about the number of ways they can get their COVID-19 vaccination, and how to book an appointment

People with disability and disability workers are eligible to receive a vaccine.

Booking a vaccination appointment depends on where you will get your vaccination.

If you live in a residential setting of two or more people with disability, the Australian Government vaccine providers will contact your disability provider. They will arrange a time and date for a vaccination team to come to your home.

If you will get vaccinated at a vaccination clinic or centre, you can use the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Finder to book an appointment. If you prefer to book appointments directly at participating general practices, pharmacies or vaccination clinics, you can contact them directly.

You can also find out about how to book your vaccination appointment by contacting the National Coronavirus and COVID-19 Vaccination Helpline on 1800 020 080.

For more information, you can:

If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can also call the National Relay Service on 133 677.

Australian Government, state and territory government helplines will also have information on how people with disability can access the vaccine.
