COVID-19 vaccines will help us stay safe and live more freely.

A vaccine is a medicine that helps people fight a virus if they come in contact with it and helps stop them from getting very sick.

Vaccines cannot give you COVID-19 as they do not contain the COVID-19 virus. 

Instead, COVID-19 vaccines teach your body how to know if COVID-19 is there, and how to fight against it.

Having the vaccine is a choice. You don’t have to have it, however COVID-19 vaccines will help us all stay safe and get back to doing the things we enjoy.
