You can now get a flu vaccine and a COVID-19 vaccine on the same day.

The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) has said people can now get a dose of the seasonal flu vaccine and a dose of either the Comirnaty (Pfizer), Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Spikevax (Moderna) or Nuvaxovid (Novavax) vaccine on the same day.
