This animation provides information about where you can get help and support after you test positive for COVID-19.


If you’ve tested positive to COVID-19, you might want to know if the symptoms you’re experiencing are normal, and how to treat them.

The COVID-19 symptom checker on the HealthDirect website can help.

A dedicated service is available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by calling 1800 020 080 and choosing option 5.

If you have any questions or are worried about your symptoms, or how to care for someone, call the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080 and choose option 1. For interpreting services, choose option 8.

If you become very unwell and have difficulty breathing, chest pain or feel faint, call triple zero (000) immediately.
