This report summarises the outcomes from the 2024 Hearing Services Program provider self-assessment process.

This report contains monthly statistics for the Voucher Scheme component of the Hearing Services Program for the 2024–25 financial year through to 31 March 2025.

Scyne Advisory modelled and assessed potential impacts of reducing the number of service items in the Hearing Services Program. Scyne consulted with stakeholders to inform recommendations on the service items.
