This release delivers several budget measures announced as part of the 2018–19 Budget and high-priority system enhancements to improve the usability of the My Aged Care system.
- adding a client tracker to the assessor, client and service provider portals
- the ability for clients or their representatives to be notified about key activities and messages
- enabling residential aged care service providers to collect and submit quality indicators online
