The 2023 Residents’ Experience Survey consists of 14 set questions that will be asked of every participant.
This year, question 12 has been modified after receiving feedback from participants during the 2022 interviews. Based on the feedback received on the question ‘Do you feel at home here?’, the department has changed this to ‘How likely are you to recommend this residential aged care home to someone?’.
