The guide covers roles and responsibilities, communication protocols and processes for the Australian Government, State and Territory Governments, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) and residential aged care facility providers.

The activities outlined may be increased or decreased, depending on the level of transmission and may occur simultaneously, dependent on resources.
