The FAQs help CHSP providers migrate missing CHSP clients into My Aged Care using the ‘CHSP Grandfathering’ tile in the My Aged Care Provider Portal.

For further assistance with navigating the Provider Portal, contact the My Aged Care Provider and Assessor Helpline on 1800 836 799 (8am to 8pm Monday to Friday or 10am to 2pm Saturday).
