Residents in residential aged care facilities will be among the first people who can choose to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in the first phase of the roll-out (Phase 1a).
Information will be provided ahead of vaccinators attending your residential aged care facility.
Getting a COVID-19 vaccine will help protect them. The vaccine will be safe, free and voluntary.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is strongly recommended for people in residential aged care.
