The Aged Care Workforce Action Plan: 2022-2025 was released as part of the 2022-23 Budget. It provides the decisive and coordinated action needed to cultivate a world class aged care workforce. It sits alongside the National Care and Support Workforce Strategy.
Successful implementation of the plan will require collective action from everyone involved in aged care—the aged care workforce, consumers, providers, peak bodies, education and training providers, and state and territory governments.
