Hi you mob, Dr Mark Wenitong here.

Coronavirus has certainly changed the way we live, work, and connect.

These changes can be hard for some of us and can make us feel no good in our head or spirit, like sad or worried all the time.

Some of us might already be dealing with other stuff, like sickness or trauma, and this can make it really hard to feel good about anything.

If you’re feeling like this, remember, it’s okay to ask for help. Talk to someone you trust like family or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker.

You can also call Beyond Blue, Life Line or the Kids Helpline to talk to someone, or look at some helpful information at on the internet.
