Easy Vaccine Access (EVA)

The Easy Vaccine Access (EVA) service helps you to book a COVID-19 vaccination. Simply message the EVA call back service on 0481 611 382 between 7 am to 10 pm (AEST), 7 days a week.

About EVA

EVA (Easy Vaccine Access) is a simple callback service to help you book a COVID-19 vaccine. EVA is available every day from 7 am to 10 pm (AEST).

If you need help making a COVID-19 vaccine booking, send an SMS with 'Hey EVA' to 0481 611 382.

When you message EVA you will receive a reply asking for your:

  • name
  • preferred language
  • preferred date and time
  • best number for a call back.

A trained operator from the National Coronavirus Helpline will call you at the scheduled time to help book your COVID-19 vaccination.

EVA services

EVA offers information and advice about COVID-19 vaccines and helps with:

  • choosing your preferred callback date and time
  • locating an appropriate vaccine appointment
  • locating a walk in vaccination clinic
  • completing the COVID-19 vaccine booking during the call
  • accessing an interpreter. 

Note: home visits cannot be arranged by EVA.

Privacy and your personal information

EVA is a personalised service, and your personal information will be used for making your booking.

You are asked for consent for call handlers to make COVID-19 vaccine bookings, and for contacting vaccine providers on your behalf. EVA calls are recorded for quality assurance and we may disclose your information to government or private health providers in Australia and use it to improve public health and safety.

We protect your privacy in line with the Privacy Act 1988,  including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Australian Government Agencies Privacy Code.
