The Australian Government is committed to capping Home Care Package (HCP) administration and management charges.
The department wants to hear from HCP providers and employees, particularly financial officers, care managers and package managers, to better understand their services and prices.
Your input is important and will help us to find ways to cap prices while supporting providers and their businesses.
We have developed a survey that should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
