Australia’s first National Action Plan for Endometriosis was released on the 26th July and will help improve the quality of life for patients and ultimately, search for a cure.
The plan outlines a new approach to improving awareness and understanding of endometriosis, speeding up diagnosis, and developing better treatment options.
The Australian Government will invest a further $1.2 million to help implement the recommendations of the Plan, bringing the total investment to $4.7 million.
