Consultation open for the GP Workforce Planning and Prioritisation activity

Consultation on the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program GP Workforce Planning and Prioritisation activity is now open.

From February 2023, General Practice training is moving to college-led training delivered by the General Practice colleges, which includes the:

  • Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)
  • Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

We are seeking your views on the activities should take place to plan and prioritise AGPT training placements. This ensures we meet future GP workforce needs.

Participate by visiting our Consultation Hub. It opens on 3 November 2021 and closes on 17 November 2021.
