In line with your funding agreement obligations, CHSP data for the period of 1 July 2018 31 December 2018 must be entered into the Data Exchange by 30 January 2019. You cannot enter data for this reporting period after this date as the Data Exchange will be closed.
Please make sure you submit your organisation's data as early as possible so you have time to upload data and identify any errors before the close of the reporting period.
