Payment Statement workshop: Friday 6 August, 9:30‑11:00am
Services Australia will guide you through the approved payment statement explaining the sections, terminology and where information will appear. They will also use this session to co-design a sector resource to answer questions about the payment statement.
Bulk file import workshop: Friday 13 August, 2:00‑3:30pm
Services Australia has created the ability for an Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) user to import a bulk file to support invoice claiming and reporting of unspent amounts. In this session they will walk you through the file and data fields required and how to use the ACPP to leverage the import function.

Services Australia will take you through the ACPP screen changes to help you prepare for online claiming under the new arrangements.
