Some aged care providers may have experienced an error when saving COVID-19 vaccination data in the My Aged Care provider portal.
The department advises a new release is being uploaded today for My Aged Care which should resolve the error. Providers are expected to be able to report and save data on Tuesday, 21 December.
The department therefore requests providers ensure current resident and workforce COVID-19 vaccination data for this week’s reporting period is uploaded via My Aged Care on Tuesday, 21 December.
