Services Australia has identified an error with the payment of home care subsidy and supplements impacting the July 2019 claim. The issue was identified early and only impacts services that lodged their claims for July between 1 and 4 August 2019. These services have received a reduced rate of home care subsidy and supplements for the month of July 2019 and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The error has been corrected and impacted services will automatically be back paid when they lodge their claim for August 2019.
